ໃນເດືອນ ມີນາ 2026, ທ່ານ ປທ. ສີສະຫວັນ ແປງມະນີວົງ, ອາຈານຕາງໜ້າຈາກ ສະຖາບັນການທະນາຄານ (ສທຄ) ໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກອງປະຊຸມສໍາມະນາ ແລະ ຝຶກອົບຮົມ ພາຍໃຕ້ໂຄງການ MICRO4ASIA (ເຊິ່ງເປັນສ່ວນໜຶ່ງຂອງ ໂຄງການ ERASMUS+) ທີ່ມະຫາວິທະຍາໄລ Dubrovnik, ປະເທດ ໂຄຣເອເຊຍ. ກອງປະຊຸມຄັ້ງນີ້ ມີຜູ້ຕາງໜ້າ ຈາກສະຖາບັນການສຶກສາຊັ້ນສູງ ຈຳນວນ 03 ແຫ່ງ ຈາກ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ສສ. ຫວຽດນາມ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຢ່າງພ້ອມພຽງ.


ກອງປະຊຸມໃນຄັ້ງນີ້ ໄດ້ສຸມໃສ່ການຍົກລະດັບຂີດຄວາມສາມາດໃນການອອກແບບ ແລະ ຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດ ຫຼັກສູດ ການຮັບຮອງໃບຢັ້ງຢືນຈຸນລະພາກ (Micro-credentials) ທີ່ມີຄຸນນະພາບເພື່ອສົ່ງເສີມການຮຽນຮູ້ຕະຫຼອດຊີວິດ. ຜູ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມໄດ້ຮຽນຮູ້ການນຳໃຊ້ສື່ການຮຽນ-ການສອນແບບທັນສະໄໝ ທັງໃນຮູບແບບອອນລາຍ (Online) ແລະ ແບບປະສົມປະສານ (Blended Learning) ເຊິ່ງເປັນທ່າອ່ຽງການສຶກສາທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບການຍອມ ຮັບໃນລະດັບສາກົນ.

Banking Institute Representative Participates in MICRO4ASIA Technical Training Workshop in Croatia

In March 2026, Mr. Sisawanh Pengmanivong, Lecturer from the Banking Institute (BI), attended a specialized seminar and training workshop under the MICRO4ASIA Project (part of the ERASMUS+ program) at the University of Dubrovnik, Croatia. The event brought together representatives from three higher education institutions across the Lao PDR and Vietnam.

The primary focus of this workshop was to enhance institutional capacity in designing and implementing high-quality Micro-credentials to foster lifelong learning. Participants explored modern pedagogical approaches, including Online and Blended Learning strategies, which are internationally recognized educational trends.

Beyond theoretical frameworks, the program emphasized the practical selection and allocation of suitable equipment for educational media production. Key areas of hands-on training included:

• Implementing effective hybrid (blended) teaching methodologies.

• Mastering professional photography and on-camera presentation techniques.

• Studio Setup configuring and installing professional cameras, lighting systems, and microphones, as well as managing video production rooms.

• Systematic processes for recording engaging videos and professional video editing.

• Visit to the AXON Research Center to study cutting-edge technology and innovation.

Throughout the intensive training period, the MICRO4ASIA project fostered a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange between leading European experts and Asian academic professionals. This collaboration highlights a unified vision for developing modern educational models.

The workshop concluded with great success, marking a vital milestone for the Banking Institute. The invaluable insights and technical expertise gained will be instrumental in modernizing staff development and academic curricula, ensuring the institute aligns with international standards in the future.
